As a registered investment adviser, AAG acknowledges
fiduciary status for those ERISA plans that select
AAG’s Online Investment Advice and/or Managed
Account services and is subject to ERISA standards,
if applicable. AAG serves as the adviser and investment
manager of the advisory tools and services provided.
Ibbotson Associates serves as the independent
financial expert as defined in the Department
of Labor’s Advisory Opinion 2001-09A, providing
the asset allocation and investment analytics
behind the suite of services.
AAG’s Plan
Level Services
AAG is designed to help plan sponsors manage their
risk by assisting in the evaluation and selection
of investment options. AAG is structured to provide
independent analysis of investment options and
of all investment services related to defined
contribution retirement plans. AAG’s Comprehensive
Fund Performance Review service provides full
disclosure of the relative performance of the
array of funds against the investment guidelines
that a plan sponsor develops. This service is
available to non-ERISA plans only.
